TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INCLUSIVE WORKSHOPS

Our workshops are specifically designed for deaf and hard of hearing artists and enthusiasts. While CODA (Children of Deaf Adults) and Auslan students are eligible to attend, please note that our workshops do not provide Auslan interpreters. We strive to create a deaf-friendly space where everyone can actively participate and engage in the art activities.

CLASSES

• Workshops will be conducted by Artist Educators.

• The workshop topics will be developed collaboratively between HANDSHAPES and the Art Educator.

• Workshops will be available on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

COMMUNICATION CHANNELS

Participants can contact HANDSHAPES through various communication channels: face-to-face meetings, mobile, email, website, Skype, and social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook).

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

• NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme): Plan managed or self-managed.

• Bank transfer.

CREDIT POLICY

Payment must be made in full within 14 days after the completion of each workshop.

WARRANTIES AND REFUNDS

Faulty art goods will be replaced.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

• Cancellations received with short notice (less than 24 hours before the scheduled workshop) will still be charged to the participant's NDIS funds or bank transfer.

• Cancellations received more than 24 hours before the scheduled workshop will not incur charges to the participant's NDIS funds or bank transfer.
